To take one example, as everything else is just variations on a theme. To work out all figures from your hourly rate the calculator uses the follwoing calculations.
Weekly = hourly rate * number of hours worked in a week
Daily = hourly rate * number of hours worked in a week / number of days worked in a week
Monthly = (((hourly rate * (number of hours worked in a week / 7) * 365) / 12)
Annual = (((hourly rate * number of hours worked in a week) / 7) * 365)
4-Weekly = ((hourly rate * number of hours worked in a week) * 4)
